wibid Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the wibid platform. This document defines your rights, responsibilities and the limits of wibid's services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the wibid platform and all its services. By registering on wibid or using its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using wibid.

1. General Provisions

wibid ("Platform", "we", "us") provides an online gaming and betting service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and form a legally binding agreement between wibid and the user ("you", "player").

By accessing or using the wibid platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to stop using wibid's services.

These Terms must be read together with wibid's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Those documents are considered an integral part of these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To open a valid account on wibid, you must meet the following conditions:

2.1 Registration Process

  • Each person may create only one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete and up to date.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure.
  • Sharing or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

wibid reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You may be required to submit a national ID card, passport or other official documents if needed. Withdrawal processing may be on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify the wibid support team immediately. wibid will not be responsible for activity carried out by third parties unless it is proven that the incident occurred due to wibid's own fault.

3. Age and Eligibility

To use wibid's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of wibid by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
  • You must be a resident of Bangladesh and use of wibid's services must be permitted under the laws of your location.
  • You must be of sound mind and capable of giving informed consent to these Terms.
  • You are playing with your own money and are not playing on behalf of or under the authority of anyone else.

If wibid determines that a user has violated any of the above conditions, that account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into your wibid account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
  • Deposits must come from your own bank or mobile financial service account.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • Deposited funds will be credited to your account after verification.

4.2 Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Standard processing time: within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
  • In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, wibid reserves the right to hold any withdrawal or request additional verification.

4.3 Transaction Accuracy

wibid is not responsible for transactions made with incorrect amounts or through incorrect methods. For any transaction-related issues, please contact support within 24 hours.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

wibid offers newly registered members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

  • A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to activate the bonus.
  • The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20x (20 times the bonus amount).
  • Withdrawals from the bonus cannot be made until the wagering requirement is met.
  • The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they can only be used for gaming.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • wibid reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, wibid may investigate the account and cancel the bonus.
  • Attempting to collect bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
  • Certain games or betting methods may be excluded from bonus wagering.

5.3 VIP Program

wibid's VIP program is divided into three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

  • All games displayed on the wibid platform are operated by third-party software providers.
  • Each game round is considered final; if interrupted due to a technical error, wibid will resolve it in accordance with the applicable policy.
  • If the network connection is lost, the outcome will be determined by the server.
  • wibid reserves the right to set, change or cancel any bet limits.

6.2 Live Casino

During live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final. If any bet remains unresolved due to a technical error or connection issue, wibid will review and make a determination.

6.3 Sports Betting

For cricket and other sports betting, if a match is abandoned or postponed, wibid will settle bets in accordance with standard betting rules. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once a result has been confirmed.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wibid platform and may result in account termination and legal action:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Registering with false or incorrect information.
  • Using the bonus system in a fraudulent manner.
  • Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
  • Colluding or coordinating fraudulently with third parties.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
  • Harassing or attempting to harm other players.
  • Professional or software-assisted card counting or similar methods.

If wibid identifies such activity, it may close the account and forfeit all funds without prior notice.

8. Responsible Gaming

wibid is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable activity, not a source of financial problems.

  • wibid provides players with tools to set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits.
  • Options to request a temporary break (cooling off) or self-exclusion are also available.
  • If you notice signs of gambling addiction, please seek professional help immediately.
  • It is your responsibility to prevent anyone under 21 from using the platform.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Documents required for identity verification are stored securely.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 wibid's Rights

wibid may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Registration with false information.
  • Suspicion of fraud, forgery or money laundering.
  • Evidence of illegal activity.
  • Direction from a government or law enforcement authority.

10.2 Player Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. Any valid funds in the account at the time of the request (after meeting active bonus wagering conditions) will be withdrawable.

10.3 Appeal Process

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wibid does not accept liability for the following:

  • Disruption or loss of play due to internet disconnection.
  • Issues caused by errors in third-party software or payment gateways.
  • Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
  • Losses resulting from the user's own negligence.
  • Financial losses arising from gaming, which are the natural outcome of normal gaming activity.

wibid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In any case, wibid's total liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

12. Changes to Terms

wibid reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to the registered email address or a notification will be displayed on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms and conditions. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.
